Do I need to install anything?
The back office and cashier run in your web browser. For receipt, waybill and label printing you install a small free print bridge on the shop computer that has the printers connected.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The cashier keeps billing offline and syncs everything when the connection is back, so you never have to stop serving customers.
Which printers work with AccPack365?
Thermal receipt printers, and label printers that speak ZPL (Zebra, for example ZD888) or TSPL (Xprinter, TSC, for example XP-365B). Labels can also print through the normal Windows print dialog.
Can I sell clothes with sizes and colours?
Yes. Clothing options such as style, size and colour are optional settings you switch on, so shops that do not need them keep a simple item screen.
I sell online with cash on delivery. Can it help?
Yes. Import orders, reserve stock, print waybills and packing slips, track which parcels are with the courier and record what each courier owes you for COD.
How does the free trial work?
